The processing of personal data collected through the Site (contact forms, call booking, online audit, client area, audience measurement) is described in detail in the privacy policy, which sets out the purposes, legal bases, retention periods and recipients, and explains how to exercise your rights.

Outbound links. The Site may contain links to third-party websites. DMA Digital has no control over these websites and accepts no liability for their content, availability or practices.

Inbound links. You may link to the Site's home page freely, provided that the link does not harm the image of DMA Digital and does not use framing. DMA Digital reserves the right to request the removal of any link.

DMA Digital makes every effort to ensure that the information published on the Site is accurate and up to date, and reserves the right to correct its content at any time and without notice. It cannot, however, guarantee that this information is complete or free from error.

Access to the Site may be interrupted at any time for maintenance, updates or any other reason, and such an interruption does not give rise to any right to compensation. The performance and results mentioned in the case studies are specific to the projects concerned and do not constitute a commitment to achieve any result.

Any improper report may incur criminal penalties.

The Site and this legal notice are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the French courts have jurisdiction under the ordinary rules of law.
